UK-Based Ghanaian Gospel Minister Ern Ruthy to Host Night of Praise and Prophetic with Moses Bliss in London

UK-based Ghanaian pastor and gospel singer Ern Ruthy is set to host the maiden edition of her worship event, Night of Praise and Prophetic, featuring celebrated Nigerian gospel artiste Moses Bliss as the headline minister.

The event, scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026, will take place at Trinity Baptist Church, 5-9 Peall Road, Croydon, CR0 3EX, with gates opening at 4:00 p.m. and the programme commencing at 5:00 p.m.

Organised under the auspices of Speakout in collaboration with Pleasant Place Church – Newsong, Woolwich, London, the programme forms part of Pastor Ern Ruthy’s vision to bring believers from different backgrounds together for an atmosphere of worship, prayer and prophetic ministration.

Moses Bliss headlines

The programme will be headlined by Moses Bliss, one of Nigeria’s most celebrated contemporary gospel musicians whose songs have gained widespread popularity across Africa and the diaspora.

Renowned for hit songs including Too Faithful, Daddy Wey Dey Pamper and Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus, the award-winning singer is expected to lead worshippers in an evening of praise and spiritual impartation.

Other ministers

Joining the line-up are UK-based gospel ministers Bettina Bonsu, Igwe and Emmanuel Gyamfi, who will minister alongside Ern Ruthy and Moses Bliss.

According to the organisers, the event is intended to be more than a gospel concert, offering attendees an opportunity for worship, prayer, prophetic ministration and spiritual renewal.

Ern Ruthy’s ministry

Beyond her pastoral role at Pleasant Place Church – Newsong in Woolwich, Ern Ruthy has established herself as a gospel singer and conference host, organising worship gatherings that unite Christians from different denominations and nationalities across the United Kingdom.

Through Night of Praise and Prophetic, she hopes to create an annual platform that inspires lives through worship while fostering unity within the African Christian community in the UK.
